Cell Insurance provides short-term insurance, including home, motor, and other property & casualty products in Zimbabwe. All short-term policies are underwritten directly by Cell Insurance, a licensed insurer regulated by the Insurance and Pensions Commission of Zimbabwe (IPEC). Our conduct is guided by a commitment to our Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Policy and is delivered in accordance with our Insurance Service Charter and Insurance Quality Policy.

CellMed offers medical aid/health schemes, while Nectacare manages health facility services. Coverage, benefits, and contributions are subject to Medical Fund Rules, underwriting, and eligibility criteria in line with the Medical Fund Service Charter and Medical Fund Quality Policy. Product features, premiums, and availability may vary by location and risk profile.

The Cell Group operates licensed entities that distribute insurance and medical aid products and may receive commission or administration fees. All coverage is subject to our terms of service. Our approach is further defined by our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Principles, which guide our operations and stakeholder engagements in line with our ESG Policy.
