All content, features, and functionality—including text, graphics, logos, code, and the Bumblebee AI interface—are the exclusive property of Cell Group and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

4. Professional Services & Consulting

  • Scope of Work: Any technical, software development, or consulting services provided by Cell Group are subject to specific Project Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) which supersede these general Terms.

  • Client Deliverables: Cell Group retains ownership of all underlying code and frameworks unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices for services or products are listed in the currency specified at checkout.

  • Accuracy: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from technical inaccuracies.

  • Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by the specific service tier or product type purchased and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act of Zimbabwe.

6. AI Ecosystem (Bumblebee) Disclaimer

The Bumblebee AI assistant provides information based on processed data and algorithms. While we strive for accuracy:

  • The AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • Cell Group is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Banking Act and other applicable Zimbabwean laws, Cell Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harare.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
